Salam Everyone,
Veiled was born from a simple yet powerful aspiration: to offer Muslim women the quality and variety in fashion that's been missing from mainstream narratives. Our founder, a Muslim American woman, saw this gap and took it upon herself to fill it. Together, as part of this vibrant community, we share the same goals of representation and quality.
If there's one thing we've learned from the feedback about the upcoming Veiled Fest, it's that we could have done a better job in terms of diversity. To those who feel underrepresented, your concerns have resonated deeply with us. We sincerely apologize. Our objective has always been to create an inclusive space where everyone feels welcome, but clearly, we've fallen short.
Listening to you, our supporters, has been the cornerstone of how we operate. From expanding our size offerings to introducing new styles, your voice has been our guide. When we don’t meet your expectations, it's a shortfall not just in service, but in our fundamental mission.
To start to rectify this, we don't want to just stop at words. We'd like to open up further dialogue—an honest, constructive conversation. This is why we're inviting you to an upcoming online roundtable discussion. [sign up here]. Here, we can dive deeper into your thoughts and expectations, which will empower us to make actionable improvements. If you are unable to participate in a live roundtable discussion you can also email us your feedback and concerns to feedback@veiled.com. This email will go directly to Veiled leadership to ensure your voices are being heard.
Every day serves as a lesson and an opportunity to do better. Insha'Allah, our actions moving forward will demonstrate our commitment to grow, and to serve you in the way you deserve to be served. We're thankful for your ongoing support, and for pushing us to be the best versions of ourselves.
We're on this journey together, and we’re so grateful for your patience, understanding, and ongoing support.
Warm wishes,
The Veiled Team

Assalamualikum, I wan tree d to touch bases on another aspect of your brand regarding modesty. I’ve noticed a lot of form fitting dresses that have been labeled as modest. As a Muslim company, you should adhere to selling clothes that are modest according to Islam, not the west. Anything form fitting, that shows the shape of the body should not be sold or at the very least not br labeled as modest. May Allah forgive us for out short comings and reward us for our efforts. Ameen.
Jazakallah khayr
