For all orders, in the U.S. and internationally, visit our Returns Center and enter your order number and email.
Our policy
Return policy
We gladly accept returns within 90 days of your purchase date for all items that aren't final sale.
- Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused and with tags attached.
- All returns are reviewed on arrival. Items returned dirty, damaged or worn may be charged a fee or sent back to you.
- Shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.
How it works
- Visit the Returns Center and enter your order number and email.
- Choose your items, and whether you'd like an exchange, store credit or a refund.
- Follow the instructions to send your items back to us.

Exchanges
Exchanges
We offer seamless exchanges for all U.S. orders. Swap your item for the same piece in another size, or exchange it for something completely new.
We don't offer exchanges on international orders at the moment. Please return your original order and place a new one for the piece you'd like.

These items can't be returned, refunded or exchanged:
- Items marked down 50% or more
- Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page
- Off the Rack items
- Gift cards and gift boxes
- Scrunchies, $4.99 hijabs and hijab value sets
Worldwide
International returns
- Start your return through the same Returns Center as U.S. orders.
- You won't be charged when you start your return. The return fee is deducted from your refund instead.
- Refunds are issued 5–10 business days after your return reaches us.
- Canadian shoppers are eligible for a full refund of duties and taxes on returns.
