We will gladly accept returns within 90 days of your order purchase date for all non final sale items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached. All returned items are subject to review and inspection. Items returned dirty, damaged or worn will be charged a fee or will be sent back to the customer.

All shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.

All items marked down 50% off or more are considered final sale and ineligible for a refund or exchange.

All Off the Rack items, gift cards, gift boxes, scrunchies, $4.99 hijabs and hijab value sets are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Yes, we offer seamless exchanges for all US customers. You can exchange your item for the same item in another size seamlessly, or exchange your product for a completely new item of your choice. For all customers outside of the US we kindly ask that you place a new order for the item of your choice as we do not offer an exchange service for international customers at this time.

We offer free returns for U.S. exchanges and refunds to store credit. For hijab only exchanges there is a $5 fee. For all original payment method returns the cost of the return is deducted from your final refund. For international orders, the customer is charged a flat rate return fee that is deducted from your final refund (the return shipping fee costs on average between $10-$25 USD). You will be notified of the exact amount of your return fee in the international returns portal.

You will be able to see the cost to return your order through our international return portal. You will not be charged during the time of return, however the cost of the return fee will be deducted from your refund.
