My dress arrived late and the website description was wrong so it was too big. Upon trying to return the item — the return label gave me until August 12th however, they will not accept my return and are telling me it’s outside of the 90 day window although I received my dress on the 9th of May. It doesn’t make sense and there isn’t any type of understanding or exception made so far. I’m still waiting to be connected to someone in management to figure this out as it does not add up at all.

Georgeous dress, I would say size 2 up. I sized up to a Large (I’m a M) because someone mentioned it fits snugged but it was still tight.
