Ascia Embroidered Maxi Dress - Pastel Pink

I have been looking for more elegant but understated dresses for special occasions, and this abaya caught my eye with its slight sheen, beautiful pistachio color, and sleeve embroidery. I do like it in person, but I believe it appears nicer-looking in the pictures online.

Couple Pro-tips: I read the reviews beforehand and took the advice people gave about going a longer length and I would definitely recommend the same. Reviews also mentioned the material was thinner - I noticed that it is SLIGHTLY see through if you push your hand against it; in addition, when you move, it does stick to your body a bit (when I bent down, I could see the outline of my undergarments easily) so a liner of some kind would have been nice. The thinner material is helpful for hotter climates (like the one I live in!), but since I will have to wear a slip anyways, I wish they had factored this in.

Overall, I'd say this is a great choice if you're looking for something lightweight and elegant without destroying your wallet, as long as you are okay wearing a slip underneath!
