This dress is very pretty, but I think the material is a little too thick for the rouched design. I still like it and I can still make it work. Maybe if I got it a size smaller, it would work a little better.

The fabric is nice quality, the color is beautiful, the style is flattering but… it’s too tight! The dress fits, the problem isn’t the size and ordering up would have made it too big in the shoulders and chest. The problem is that this style could have been made without it being bodycon level tight. I have to wear a faja underneath for it to look good which would be ok if it wasn’t meant to be a modesty dress. This isn’t something I can wear as is, in public without some kind of cardigan or other cover up, it’s intentionally skin tight. I wear curve hugging and fitted clothes, but with this, I can see each distinct cheek in the back, and a clear imprint of my belly button. This is bbl fashion, not modesty. Same goes for another jersey dress I bought.
