Love this too it can be dressed up or down. Recommend going up in size if you want a modest fit though.

Pros: Its super pretty, the sleeves are flowy and it fits true to size; the fabric is cool, good for summer weather
Cons: The the inner snap buttons are not strong and fell out after taking it off the second time wearing it; if you're going to buy this I'd recommend getting a snaps button fastener kit, they're super cheap and usually come with strong buttons. I had one so was able to fix the shirt.
!! I would also add another button or pin to the top of the V-neck part of it to secure it as accidental slips can happen easily !!
