The concept of the abaya is beautiful and on pictures and videos online it looks so elegant. Unfortunately I was disappointed when I received it because the material was so light and felt so cheap, kind of more plasticy than fabric. That would be fine if the Abaya was marketed like that (like a thin long cardigan), but the marketing makes it seem like it’s a heavy and elegant Abaya when in reality it’s just so thin and feels cheap despite the super expensive price. I really wanted to love it but unfortunately didn’t.
