One of the most common questions we get is which hijab size to choose. The right size makes styling easier, so here's a simple guide.
Our hijab sizes at a glance
- Short: 165 x 70 cm
- Regular: 180 x 70 cm
- Long: 195 x 70 cm
All three share the same width. The difference is length, which changes how much fabric you have to wrap, drape, and pin.
Who should choose Short?
Short is ideal if you like a minimal, lightweight wrap with less fabric around the neck and shoulders. It's a good fit for petite frames, active days, sports, and anyone who finds longer hijabs bulky. It's also practical for kids and teens.
Who should choose Regular?
Regular is our everyday standard and works for most people and most styles. It gives enough length for a simple wrap, a tucked front, or a soft drape without excess fabric to manage. If you're unsure, start here.
Who should choose Long?
Long is for hijabis who love volume or more coverage. It's perfect for wrapped styles, voluminous occasion looks, and anyone who prefers the hijab to fall lower over the chest. Taller women and those who like more fabric around the face often prefer it too.
A quick way to decide
- Love simple, quick wraps? Short or Regular.
- Want one size that does everything? Regular.
- Love volume, wraps, or extra coverage? Long.
Does fabric change the size you need?
A little. Textured fabrics like crinkle modal grip and gather as you style them, so they can feel slightly shorter once wrapped. Smoother fabrics drape out fully. If you're between sizes and love textured hijabs, consider going one size up.
